Hold the incense stick at a slight angle and bring a flame to the tip, allowing it to catch and burn for 10 to 15 seconds until a steady ember forms. Gently blow out the flame and rest the stick securely in a heat-safe incense holder positioned on a stable, non-flammable surface. As the smoke begins to rise, take a slow breath and allow yourself to arrive fully in the present moment, letting the herbaceous, clarifying scent begin to shift the energy of your space.
Safety is an important part of any mindful practice. Always burn incense in a well-ventilated room to allow fresh air to circulate and smoke to disperse comfortably. Please ensure that burning incense is kept out of reach of children and pets, and avoid use in spaces where sensitive individuals may be affected by smoke.

Returns: Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, or of purchase in our Barrie store. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
