Hold your chosen incense stick — whether it's the warm HEM Coconut, grounding HEM Myrrh, or heart-opening Satya Fresh Rose — at a slight angle and bring the tip gently to a flame. Allow it to catch and glow for a few seconds, then softly blow out the flame so the tip continues to smoulder and release its fragrant smoke. Rest the stick securely in a heat-safe incense holder placed on a stable, non-flammable surface, and let the ritual unfold at its own natural pace.

Always burn your incense in a well-ventilated room — open a window or door to allow the smoke to circulate freely and keep the air fresh. Never leave burning incense unattended, and ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the space. Keep incense, holders, and any embers well away from curtains, paper, fabrics, and other flammable materials. Please keep burning incense out of reach of children and pets, and place your holder on a surface where it cannot be accidentally knocked over.
