To use your Hem Myrrh Incense stick, hold the uncoated tip at a gentle angle and bring a flame to it, allowing it to catch and burn for 10 to 15 seconds. Once a small ember glows at the tip, softly blow out the flame and let the stick begin to smolder, releasing its deep, resinous smoke. Rest the stick securely in a heat-safe incense holder placed on a stable, non-flammable surface — a ceramic or brass holder works beautifully — and allow the sacred aroma of myrrh to slowly fill your space for its full 45-minute burn.
