To use Hem Opium Incense, place your stick securely in a heat-safe incense holder set on a stable, level surface. Hold the tip of the stick to a flame and allow it to catch for 10 to 15 seconds, then gently blow out the flame so the tip glows softly and begins releasing its warm, resinous smoke. Allow the smoke to drift naturally through your space, carrying your intentions with it. If you need to extinguish the stick before it burns completely, simply press the glowing tip into a small dish of sand or water. Never break or force a burning stick, as this can cause embers to fall.

Use only a proper, stable incense holder designed to catch all falling ash, and place it away from curtains, paper, fabric, and any other flammable materials.
