To use your Palo Santo with Eucalyptus and Sage stick, hold one end at a slight downward angle and bring a lighter or match flame to the tip. Allow it to catch and burn for about 30 seconds, then gently blow out the flame so the stick begins to smolder and release its aromatic smoke. Walk slowly through your space, allowing the smoke to drift into corners, doorways, and areas where energy feels heavy or stagnant. To reset the space around a specific object, person, or area, simply hold the stick nearby and let the smoke move naturally. When you are finished, press the lit end firmly into a heat-safe dish, bowl of sand, or abalone shell to fully extinguish it — never leave a burning or smoldering stick unattended.
Always work in a well-ventilated area by opening a window or door to allow air to circulate and smoke to flow outward, carrying any stale or unwanted energy with it. Keep the stick away from flammables such as curtains, paper, and fabric, and make sure children and pets are at a safe distance while it is burning. Use a heat-safe surface beneath your dish at all times, as the ember can retain heat even after the stick appears to have gone out. Set the used stick aside in a safe place and allow it to cool completely before storing it.
