To use your Palo Santo with Royal Sage stick, hold one end and light the opposite tip with a match or lighter. Allow it to catch a small flame, then gently blow it out so the stick begins to smolder and release its aromatic smoke. Walk slowly through the space you want to refresh, moving the stick in gentle circular motions around doorways, corners, and areas where energy feels heavy or stagnant. You can also hold it near your body, moving it around your aura, or simply rest it on a heat-safe dish and allow it to burn in a central area of the room. Always burn on a fireproof or heat-safe surface such as a ceramic dish, abalone shell, or metal tray to catch any falling ash.
Always ensure the room is well ventilated by opening a window or door while the stick is burning. Never leave a burning stick unattended, and keep it well out of reach of children and pets. Store away from flammables when not in use. When you are finished, press the lit end firmly into sand or a heat-safe dish to extinguish it completely. The stick can be relit and reused multiple times, making it a lasting addition to your practice.
