To use your Palo Santo with Ruda Rue stick, hold one end and angle it downward slightly before bringing a lighter or match flame to the opposite tip. Allow it to catch and hold the flame for about 30 seconds, then gently blow it out so the tip glows and begins to release its aromatic smoke. Walk slowly through the space you wish to clear, or hold the stick near your body, letting the smoke drift naturally into corners, doorways, and areas where energy feels heavy or stagnant. When you are finished, press the lit end firmly into a heat-safe dish or fireproof bowl filled with sand or salt to extinguish it fully. Always burn on a heat-safe surface, ensure the room is well ventilated, and never leave a burning stick unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets, and away from curtains, paper, or anything flammable.
