To use your Pure Juniper Bundle, begin by opening a window or door to allow fresh air to circulate — good ventilation is important any time you're burning herbs indoors. Hold the tip of the bundle at a slight downward angle and light it using a match or candle flame, allowing it to catch for several seconds before gently blowing out the flame so it smolders slowly. Place it in a fireproof dish or abalone shell to catch any falling ash, and always keep it on a stable, heat-safe surface. Never leave a burning bundle unattended, and keep it well out of reach of children and pets. Move away from curtains, paper, and any other flammables while it is lit.

Once your bundle is smoldering, carry it slowly through the space you want to refresh, moving into corners, doorways, and areas that feel heavy or stagnant. You can also hold it near your body — around your hands, arms, and above your head — to help shift your personal energy before a meditation session, yoga practice, or any focused energy work. When you're finished, press the lit end firmly into your fireproof dish and confirm it has fully extinguished before setting it down. Do not submerge it in water, as this can damage the bundle for future use.

Holding the unlit bundle in both hands and silently stating your intention is a simple and grounding way to begin.
