Hold the tip of the stick at a slight angle and light it with a match or lighter, allowing it to catch a small flame before gently blowing it out so the bundle begins to smolder. Walk slowly through each room, moving the stick in steady circular motions around doorways, corners, and along walls to help shift stagnant energy and reset the space. Always work near an open window or with a door ajar to allow proper ventilation and give the energy you are clearing somewhere to flow out. Never leave a burning bundle unattended, keep it well away from children, pets, and any flammable materials, and always make sure the bundle is fully extinguished after use by pressing the lit end firmly into sand or soil.
