To use Energy Guard as part of your daily routine, Pour a small amount into your palms and apply directly to your body, or add a few drops to a bowl of water for space cleansing. For spaces, walk slowly through the room and pour or dab lightly into corners, along doorways, and toward the centre of the space to shift stagnant or heavy energy. You can also mist crystals, oracle or tarot cards, and meditation tools by holding the bottle at a distance and applying a light, even mist — always test a small area of delicate surfaces or untreated fabrics first, and avoid direct contact with porous or water-sensitive stones. Keep the bottle away from children and pets, and store it upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the blend.
Because Energy Guard is a liquid spray, it is important to be mindful of surfaces and materials nearby when misting. Avoid spraying directly onto electronics, finished wood, or anything that could be damaged by moisture. When misting linens or soft furnishings, always keep the bottle at least 30 cm away and use only 1–2 light apply to prevent saturation. Shake the bottle gently before each use to ensure the essential oil blend is evenly distributed throughout the water base. The amber glass bottle is designed to protect the formula from light degradation, so keeping the cap secure when not in use will help extend its shelf life.
To bring more intention into your practice, take a moment before misting to hold the bottle in both hands, close your eyes, and mentally set a clear purpose for your session — whether that is releasing the energy of the day, creating a calm environment for meditation, or establishing a protective boundary in your space.
