To use Sacred Waters, hold the bottle approximately 30 cm (12 inches) away from your body or the area you are working with and apply a fine, even mist. For your personal energy field, close your eyes and apply once gently above your head and once around your shoulders, allowing the mist to settle naturally. For a room or space, walk slowly through the area — paying particular attention to corners, doorways, and windows — and apply light passes of mist into the air as you move. For altar tools, crystals, and ritual objects, spray the mist into the air directly above or around the items rather than applying directly onto surfaces. Avoid spraying onto porous stones such as selenite or onto any electronics, finished wood, or fabrics that may be sensitive to moisture. Keep Sacred Waters away from children and pets, and store the bottle upright in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight to preserve both its scent and its energetic quality.

Before you begin, take a moment to set a clear intention for what you would like to shift or invite into your space. This simple step transforms an ordinary apply into a purposeful ritual act. You might silently or aloud state something straightforward, such as "I am resetting this space and welcoming calm, clear energy." For a personal practice before meditation, apply the mist around your shoulders and take three slow, deep breaths as it settles, using that pause to mentally release the weight of your day and arrive fully in the present moment. If you are preparing an altar before a ritual or ceremony, move methodically around the space, misting each area with steady, deliberate attention rather than rushing through the process.
